Intro:
– I started an Instagram account recently and this was the first massage advertisement that I saw. Took chances and gave it a try.

– Their WhatsApp respond was warmth and prompt. Manage to setup my appointment pretty quickly and once confirmed, I was given information on how to get there.

– On the actual day, a young therapist came down and get me to the unit. Unfortunately, English is not his strong point hence not much conversation can be held. The vibe is pretty contrasting compared to the dealing on WhatsApp with the administrator.

– I can’t really make out the layout of the unit but it does have a home-made spa ambiance.  The room that I was in is partitioned by curtain, into two treatment areas. I do think there is one or two more treatment areas beside this room.

– That area is also convenient for parking and eateries.

Sequence: On prone, without oil, he worked on the leg, glutes then the back in which also include the glutes again (but different technique).

– With oil, he started from top down from the neck / back / glutes then hand. After that, he focused again on the glutes before working on the leg.

– On supine, it is a simpler protocol with sequence starting from the leg, then chest, stomach and lastly the scalp.

Technique:
– On prone, the dry technique took up quite some time with acupressure using thumb and elbow plus with palm compression. The strength can be from medium to hard which will give good muscle ache release.

– With oil, it is broad flowing strokes with palm and forearm and certain strokes definitely feels sensual.

– Though treating a dysfunction may not be the main focus, the technique employed certainly does help with those who are suffering from lower back issue and also thigh soreness.

– I do feel towards the end, it was a bit rushed. Maybe he is out of time since the therapist does covered all areas. However, I don’t mind if this therapy skip certain areas like hand or scalp since I know what I signed up for (plus, he did spend substantial time on the glutes area).

Additional note
– You can shower after the treatment.
– I cannot make out the oil used but feel free to bring your own oil.
– As this therapy works a lot on glutes, recipient is recommended to be fully nude. Therapist do drape accordingly.

Pros:
– True to the massage that I signed up for, this is the first massage therapy that I have tried that focus a lot on the hip area especially the glutes.

Cons:
– The beeping of the handphone of the therapist do hinder the full enjoyment. It happened a couple of times.
– There can be more finesse to the strokes employed by the therapist.
