Update: I do use the AromaTouch Technique to help covid patients who have recovered but are still suffering the after-effect especially with cough, phlegm and wheezing (during sleep).
I changed three of the original oil compositions and will diffuse the EasyAir blend during the treatment session.
Attended a coaching session with Ms Jesamine Andreana Soo recently who introduces me to The AromaTouch Technique developed by doTERRA. I was particularly intrigue with the technique because I feel not only one can reap the benefit of each specific essential oils used, but it can also be a wholesome aroma therapy experience for the receiver. Combine it with a massage session, this definitely can be one of the best aromatherapy massage that one can try.

The 8 essential oils used in this technique include:
1). Balance – offers a tranquil aroma suggesting harmony to the mind and body, and balance to the emotions. (a blend of Spruce Leaf, Ho Wood Leaf, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower essential oils)
2). Lavender – its calming and relaxing aroma promotes a peaceful environment conducive to sleep and it can ease feelings of tension.
3). Melaleuca (Tea Tree) – is best known for its purifying qualities

This technique uses mainly light and fluid movement that allows for positive overall stimulation of the entire body. It is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help stimulate and balance our body nervous system.
Among the specific movement incorporated in this technique include palm circles, palm slide, five zones activation, auricular stress reduction, thumb walk tissue pull, regional tissue pull, pin point zone activation, five zones tissue pull and lymphatic movement.
Research has exhibited that touch can communicate multiple emotions—love, gratitude, sympathy, fear, anger— with astounding exactness. This effect isn’t just limited to loved ones; another study found that touch communicates emotion nearly as effectively when it occurs between strangers. Along with the emotional component, gentle touch can also influence physiological responses in ways other communication simply cannot.
